Hungarian oil and gas company MOL on Tuesday said its Slovenian unit took over 19 petrol stations from TUS Holding following the financial close of the transaction.
The number of MOL stations in Slovenia doubles to 37 with the transaction.
MOL Slovenia managing director Valerija Glavac said the unit aims to gain at least 10% of the country’s retail vehicle fuel market in the coming years.
The MOL group has 1,600 petrol stations in eleven countries.
