MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc., the largest in the central Europe, has announced today on the Budapest Stock Exchange that on 22 September 2006 the Court of Registration registered its capital increase. The increase was decided by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 7 September 2006. The share capital of the company increased with more than Ft 345 million. The new shares are to be listed at the BSE October 2, 2006. (bet.hu)
