IT company econet.hu announced on Friday it had raised registered capital at three of its units by a combined Ft 765 million on December 7. The company raised registered capital at GridLogic from Ft 425 million to Ft 925 million. Registered capital at econet Invest was raised from Ft 450 million to 515 million, and registered capital at Magyar Vencor was raised from Ft 28 million to Ft 228 million. econet.hu said the capital raises were related to a debt-equity swap.
