Together with Ibis, the newly constructed dual-branded hotel is located in Liberty, Wing’s unique mixed-use project. Ibis & Tribe Budapest Stadium offers 332 hotel rooms, split evenly by the two brands, and a complex set up with various F&B outlets, as well as meeting and fitness facilities.

According to the management agreement of Accor and Wing, the double-branded hotel – Tribe and Ibis – is owned by Wing and managed by Accor.

“It is our pleasure to introduce this unique hospitality brand to one of our key markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Tribe is a modern and urban lifestyle brand that mixes trendy neighbors and travelers through unique concepts and city experiences. We believe that thanks to partnering with Wing the new property will be more than just a hotel but an invitation to discover a brand new hospitality experience," said Pauline Oster vice president of Tribe Europe & North Africa at Accor.

“Wing is Hungary’s leading property company. We are committed to developing the urban environment through buildings whose function creates value for the people who use them. The Liberty development is an international caliber mixed-use office and dual-branded hotel development designed and built to the highest standards," said Noah Steinberg, the chairman and CEO of Wing.

"Located halfway between Budapest Airport and the City Center, the Budapest Stadium Hotel incorporating the Tribe and Ibis brands meets a need for three and four-star accommodation near the Ferencváros Groupama Arena, the MVM Dome Handball Arena, the National Athletics Stadium, the Palace of the Arts and the National Theatre. Wing is delighted to expand its successful cooperation with the Accor Group which includes the Ibis Styles Budapest Airport and the Tribe hotel currently under construction at the airport. In total, Wing has over 1,000 hotel rooms delivered or under development. Wing is proud to open the first Tribe Hotel in Hungary," he added.

The hotel is also a premiere for Tribe on the Hungarian market. The hotel concept includes vibrant living spaces on the ground floor, centered around a welcoming lobby area and a lounge, which also functions as a business corner. The hotel will also offer an à la carte restaurant, open from morning to evening, a fitness area, underground parking, and accessible rooms for guests. The conference center of the hotel can accommodate up to 200 people, with multifunctional event rooms that can be divided into four separate sections. Its skybar is expected to open in the spring of 2024.
