About 64% of respondents said there were no realistic possibilities that would make them consider changing jobs, and 55% said such a change would cause too much disturbance in their lives. Almost half said they would recommend their job to others and more than 40% said they were proud of their workplaces and identified strongly with the companies they worked for.

The survey also showed that women expressed more dissatisfaction than men in most areas.

More than half of those surveyed said their management was approachable, encouraged employees and communicated clear goals.

The biggest area of dissatisfaction was remuneration. Just one-fifth said their companies paid well and only 15% said achievements were recognized with high premiums.
