Mars’ sales in Hungary fell slightly last year, and exports did not grow as fast as in earlier years, when the increase was in the double digits, Ács said.
Mars’ pet food unit buys more than HUF 10 billion in feedstock from Hungarian suppliers each year.
This year, Mars plans to spend on HUF 1.3 billion on technology investments.
