This will be the third car plaza in and near Budapest. Some 80% of the car plaza’s area has already been sold to 15 car brand and 4 motorbike brand representatives, who will each rent 100-200 square meters from the plaza, Marosvölgyi said. Besides the vehicle brands, Erste Leasing Zrt, Shell Hungary Rt and Pirelli Hungary Rt will be present. The construction is financed by OTP Bank Rt and the Ft 2.2 billion investment will repay in 10 years, Marosvölgyi said.
