MTelekom booked Ft 161.3 billion in sales, Ft 58.4 billion EBITDA and Ft 15.1 billion net profit in the fourth quarter. The performance of the group’s mobile arm was somewhat disappointing, while the fixed-line segment’s performed as expected. The management also published its mid-term projections for the group’s performance. Magyar Telekom’s Q4 revenue of Ft 161.3 billion shows a 6.3% growth from October-December 2004. EBITDA grew by 45.9% year-on-year and the Ft 15.1 billion net profit compares with a Ft 6.45 billion loss in Q4 2004. In the international segment, Magyar Telekom showed substantial growth, owing to acquisitions.
