The proposal calls for a multi-level system with district, residential area and apartment building limits on the ratio of Airbnb-type accommodations.

At the district level the limit will be 3.5%, while in the Corvin area it will be 5%.

In apartment buildings the ratio is uniformly set at 20% as a proportion of the size of floor space.

New short-term rentals could only start operating with the consent of residents in buildings. In the case of existing accommodations, their operations are preserved until a resolution from the general meeting of residents says otherwise.
