Jared Kushner Receives Hungarian Order of Merit

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó presented the Hungarian Order of Merit to Jared Kushner, senior advisor to former United States President Donald Trump, in New York on Thursday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Kushner was recognized for his work in strengthening ties between Hungary and the United States and promoting peace in the Middle East, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said in a statement.
Szijjártó is in New York for the United Nations General Assembly.
