CBRE, which has over 400 specialists working in AS teams in CEE, managing almost 266 properties and 2.6 million sqm in total, has been recognized for its work in the region, the statement said.
“The area operated by CBRE increased to 200,000 sqm by 2015. CBRE is looking to maximize the value of its managed properties through its complex services while also taking into account sustainability,” said Zsolt Kákosy head of Asset Services at CBRE Hungary.
