The affiliation with one of Greece’s leading commercial real estate services companies reflects CB Richard Ellis’ strategy of providing market-leading, full-service offerings in all major markets across EMEA, the company said.
Founded in 1990, Atria group employs approximately 45 people and has offices in Athens and Thessaloniki. The company is the first commercial real estate services firm in Greece to deliver a full-service offering to clients.
Atria group provides services in Greece and Cyprus through two companies: Atria Property Services S.A, which focuses on investment sales and advisory; office and retail agency leasing; corporate real estate services; real estate finance services; and asset, property and facilities management; and Axies S.A., which provides valuation and consulting services. These entities will now operate as “CB Richard Ellis Atria” and “CB Richard Ellis Axies.”
Greece’s commercial real estate market has grown in recent years, fuelled by accession to the EU, a strong economy and increased access for international investors.
Mike Strong, President of CB Richard Ellis, EMEA, said: “Our affiliation with Atria group is another integral step in our strategy to offer the best geographic and service diversity to clients across the EMEA region. Greece offers a wealth of investment opportunities that are increasingly attractive to our clients, and we look forward to working with Atria group to meet growing interest at both international and local levels.”
Yannis Perrotis, Managing Director of Atria group, commented: “Our new link with CB Richard Ellis gives us unparalleled access to a worldwide market of potential clients at a time of increased interest in Greece. Both companies share a similar client-focused culture and we anticipate a powerful partnership” (press release)
