Budapest-based Állami Nyomda will supply 509 million forms to the state monopoly insurer, known as OEP, for two years, the company said in a statement to the Budapest Stock Exchange today. Állami Nyomda is eastern Europe’s second-largest security printer by sales behind Poland’s state-owned PWPW SA. The Hungarian company’s clients include governments, banks and phone companies in Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia and Slovakia. The shares rose 1.3% to Ft 7,800 as of 2 p.m. in Budapest. They have gained 26% in the past 12 months. (Bloomberg)
