Between April and June, a total of HUF 754 billion worth of construction work was started, according to the EBI Construction Activity Report.
In terms of value, this is a significant increase of more than 30% compared to the first quarter but also an increase compared to the figures for the second half of 2022.
The decline continued in the case of high-rise buildings, but a significant increase was already experienced in civil engineering, while the volume of housing construction in condominiums increased slightly.
