The deal will be concluded by company chief executive Gérard Bourland and state secretary in charge of foreign trade relations Péter Szijjártó. Dalkia produces heat and electricity, employs 600 people and had HUF 1.59 billion in profits last year on revenues of HUF 42.1 billion. The government said it is aiming to sign special deals with some 40 international investors.
