Gránit Fund Manager has over HUF 900 billion of assets in its portfolio, including more than HUF 380 bln in real estate funds. It manages the third-largest retail property fund in the country: Magyar Posta Savings Property Investment Fund.
Parallel with the name change, Gránit Bank is also launching an international brand, Grandum, for the fund manager's real estate activities.
