Some 102 people died yesterday due to COVID-related causes, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic to 43,664.
The number of recovered persons has reached 1,557,214, and the number of active infections now stands at 173,798.
A total of 4,199 patients infected with coronavirus are hospitalized, 165 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,390,568, of whom 6,161,000 have already had their second vaccination and 3,796,660 have already had their booster jabs.
