The partners will examine physical methods for extracting aroma from grapes and draw on the distilling experience of Brill Pálinkaház, an award-winning maker of "palinka", the Hungarian eau de vie. The project aims to produce three types of gin – "green", "pink" and "red" – for commercial sale by the spring of 2025.
