The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

The sale includes approximately 172,000 sqm over eight assets, mainly located in Budapest, close to key transport networks. Logicor has been present in the Hungarian markets since 2014.

Ronald van der Waals, Logicor’s regional managing director, Northern Europe, CEE and Nordics, said: “This transaction reflects our strategy in action. We are focused on allocating capital to the markets where we have the best opportunities to grow at scale. At the same time, we are pleased to transition our Hungary operations to Sinologistics – a Singapore-registered logistics park investment and operating platform – with deep industry expertise. We wish the team every success in Hungary.”

Logicor will continue to focus on delivering against its broader European strategy, including capital recycling, development and growth in key logistics markets, the company tells the Budapest Business Journal.
