The Páty site will gradually become Airsys’ European manufacturing center. The company has leased an industrial hall of approximately 12,000 sqm operated by InPark. The plant will serve as a centralized hub for production, assembly, and quality assurance, enhancing supply-chain resilience and faster delivery for data centers, telecom, and AI infrastructure across Europe amid surging demand for high-density cooling.
“With the Hungarian facility announced today, Airsys is taking a decisive step towards bringing its manufacturing operations closer to its European customers,” said Yunshui Chen, CEO and founder of Airsys. As a result, shorter delivery times and more flexible cooperation will become possible, he said.
“In supporting Airsys’ expansion in Europe, it was a priority that the manufacturing and assembly processes fit into the company’s global operating system from the outset,” said Albrecht Armand, CEO of InPark. “The preparation of the project, from fine-tuning the site’s specifications to coordinating infrastructure and scheduling, was carried out in close cooperation to ensure that the facility would serve the new tenant’s needs in the long term.”
InPark, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, specializes in the construction of manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse facilities for Hungarian and international clients. It has nearly 20 projects across the country, representing a total development portfolio of more than 900 hectares, and it claims to have the largest industrial property portfolio in the country.
In the Budapest agglomeration, it is present in Érd and Páty. Last year, the group signed agreements for the development of 75,000 sqm and is currently constructing buildings in Debrecen and Miskolc, it said in a press release announcing the Airsys leasing.
