Under the agreement, 4iG SDT will carry out a USD 100 million raise capital in the U.S. company in two steps: to a value of USD 30 mln by December 31, 2025, and USD 70m by March 31, 2026.

The binding agreement will take effect after the first investment tranche of the transaction is completed.

The transaction is in line with the 4iG Group’s long-term strategy to become a leading international player in space and defence technology and marks a historic step in space research and space industry cooperation between Hungary and the United States, 4iG said.
