Each year, two prestigious titles are awarded during the evening. The Expat CEO Award, won this year by Ana Maria Vargas, is a unique recognition given to the most successful foreign business leader working in Hungary over the past year. Selected from a pool of several hundred executives, the winner is chosen by a professional jury just minutes before the ceremony begins. The award acknowledges not only business success, but also outstanding contributions to the Hungarian economy and the example set within the broader international business community.
The second honor of the evening, the CEO Community Award, which went to Róbert Keszte this year, recognizes leaders who go beyond their business duties to create lasting social impact. These recipients are nominated by leading international chambers and the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum for their role in community-building, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
With the support of our valued partners—including Hipa, PwC, Citi, Heineken, Penny, TaylorWessing, Synergy, Phoenix Group, and BDO—the gala brought together more than 220 distinguished guests from Hungary’s business, diplomatic, and investor circles.
