Contrarily to data from earlier months, the decrease in the governing parties’ popularity does not correspond with an increase in the number of undecided voters. Instead, there was a slight growth in support for other parties.
However, none of the opposition parties could gain significantly more popularity, the survey said.
The proportion of Fidesz-KDNP voters in the whole Hungarian society slipped to 37% from 38% from January to February, while the proportion of those preferring the socialist MSzP increased to 11% from 10%.
