Samir Sharifov, the Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic visited Hungary last week. The Ministry informed that during his visit to Budapest the Minister met with his Hungarian counterpart, János Veres, and discussed strengthening cooperation in governance of state resources.
The parties signed a “Memorandum of Intentions for Cooperation”. According to the data by the State Committee of Statistics, export of goods from Azerbaijan to Hungary totaled €5012 ($6700), while import to Azerbaijan stood at €7.7 million ($10.4 million). (usacc.org)
