Gov't to Launch Program Supporting Entrepreneurial Jobseekers
The government will start a program at the county level offering support to jobseekers who want to start their own business, the Ministry of Economic Development said in a release on its website on Friday.
After acquiring an understanding of the legal and financial basics, registered jobseekers can submit their own business plans for evaluation.
Positive assessments of the business plans make applicants eligible for subsidies equivalent to the minimum wage for six months after the launch of their businesses.
On top of that, capital injections of up to HUF 3.5 million per business will be available to the startups.
