On the other hand, prices accelerated for electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning supply (10.4% vs 8.8%) and mining & quarrying (10.9% vs 10%). Meanwhile, inflation remained unchanged for water supply, at 7.8%.
On a monthly basis, producer prices dropped 0.1% in October, the same rate as in the previous month.
On the non-domestic market, industrial producer prices declined 0.7% on an annual basis and increased by 0.1% on the month.
