The number of unemployed increased by 11,744 to 84,139 while employed went down by 11,970 to 889,758, according to data. In October, the jobless rate was also at 8.6%.
In a separate statement, the Ljubljana-based statistics office said that Slovenia's output prices fell 0.2% year-on-year in December. Domestic market output prices grew 1.0%, while those for the export market fell 1.4%.
