Prices for petroleum products, as diesel prices, increased by 11.9% and while fuels and lubricants for personal transport rose 29.6%.
Inflation also advanced for food and non-alcoholic beverages (4.6%); housing & utilities (10.7%); transport (12.5%); furnishings (7.6%); and restaurants & hotels (6.8%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices edged up 0.4%, after being flat in the prior month.
