The biggest price increases in annual terms were observed in food and non-alcoholic beverages (15.8%), transport (13.4%) and in restaurant and hotel services (9.1%).

Moreover, prices advanced further for furnishings and household maintenance (8% vs 7.2%), recreation and culture (5.5% vs 4.5%); and clothing and footwear (3.3% vs 2.8%).

On a monthly comparison basis, consumer prices went up by 1.5%, accelerating from an 0.8% increase in the prior month.
