Freight delivered by road accounted for two-thirds of the total, rail cargo for 18% and pipeline volume for 13%. Waterway freight made up 3%.
Domestic freight volume dropped 6% to 44.4 million tonnes. Foreign freight volume slipped 3.5% to 25.5 million tonnes.
