It was the lowest inflation rate since June 2021. Prices slowed down for food & non-alcoholic beverages (5.7% vs 6.7% in October), alcoholic beverages & tobacco (4.5% vs 5%), clothing & footwear (6.1% vs 7.7%), housing (3.8% vs 5.5%), household goods (4.8% vs 5.3%), education (7.5% vs 7.8%), and miscellaneous goods & services (6% vs 6.1%).

At the same time, costs further slipped for transport (-4.7% vs -2.4%). Meanwhile, prices increased at a faster pace for health (9.2% vs 9%), communication (1.8% vs 1.4%), recreation & culture (7.2% vs 6.1%), and hotels, cafes & restaurants (8.6% vs 7.4%).

On a monthly basis, consumer prices showed no growth in November, after a 0.4% fall in the previous month.
