At the end of July, there were 139,215 registered unemployed in Bulgaria overall, a negligible increase of 416 compared to June, mostly due to additional registrations from Ukrainian refugees with a temporary protection status.
The number of registered unemployed declined 15.7% in annual terms. As many as 20,362 people registered as unemployed last month, 89 fewer than in July last year and a monthly decline of 1,698.
A total of 12,885 unemployed found a job with the help of labor offices in the seventh month of 2022.
