Some 115 people died yesterday due to COVID-related causes, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic to 42,966.
The number of recovered persons has reached 1,493,240, and the number of active infections now stands at 202,738.
A total of 5,062 patients infected with coronavirus are hospitalized, 206 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,384,828, of whom 6,146,028 have already had their second vaccination and 3,776,200 have already had their booster jabs.
