A total of 171 patients died yesterday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 33,343.
The number of recovered patients rose to 851,314, while the number of active cases stands at 147,558.
Some 6,830 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 649 of them require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,043,116, of whom 5,801,593 have already received their second vaccination. About 1.94 million people have already received their third vaccination.
