Some 233 people died between Friday and Sunday due to COVID-related causes, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic to 43,299.
The number of recovered persons has reached 1,526,826, and the number of active infections now stands at 189,560.
A total of 4,741 patients infected with coronavirus are hospitalized, 176 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,389,336, of whom 6,156,649 have already had their second vaccination and 3,791,546 have already had their booster jabs.
