A total of 31 patients died between October 1-3, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 30,230.
The number of recovered patients rose to 786,737, while the number of active cases stands at 7,909.
Some 560 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 87 of them require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,895,282, of whom 5,657,967 have already received their second vaccination. About 804,000 people have already received their third vaccination.
