The death toll stands at 11,341.
The total number of confirmed cases stands at 351,828 up from 350,587 yesterday.
The number of recoveries has risen to 228,615.
Currently, 4,345 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 329 of whom are on ventilators.
So far 2,953,710 tests have been conducted at accredited laboratories. Some 23,083 people are currently in compulsory home quarantine.
Looking at all diagnosed cases until now, Budapest remains the most affected area of the entire country, with the number of cases (both active and inactive) reaching 65,791. Pest County is the second most affected, with 43,802 cases, followed by Győr-Moson-Sopron County (19,900 cases).
The number of curfew violations registered by authorities throughout the country so far has reached 26,034.
Some 119,944 people have been vaccinated until Saturday night, the website notes.
