Hungarian building materials maker Masterplast on Thursday said it was awarded a €1.06 million payout on an insurance claim for fire damages at its warehouse in Oradea, Romania. Masterplast will book the payout in the second quarter. The fire, which took place last September, caused damage of €1.3 million. Masterplast said it is still considering whether to rebuild or rent the warehouse space once the insurance payout arrives. The warehouse was insured by Allianz Biztosító.
