The Human Resource Development Operative Program (HEFOP) used up €277 million; the Agricultural and Rural Development Operative Program (AVOP), €266 million; the Regional Development Operative Program (ROP), €217 million; the Economic Competitiveness Development Operative Program (GVOP), €292 million; and the Environmental Protection and Infrastructure Development Operative Program (KIOP), €161 million.
