The deal includes all Eniʼs retail and wholesale business in Slovenia.
The transaction will give MOL 17 petrol stations operating under the Agip brand name in the country, in addition to its existing 40 petrol stations in Slovenia. MOL will also be present in Ljubljana as a result of the deal.
MOL has announced the purchase of some 450 petrol stations, among them Eniʼs network, in Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia in the past 18 months.
The transaction is still subject to competition clearance and some other conditions, MOL said.
