The Hungarian Competition Office (GVH) on Monday said it fined group purchase scheme Hungarian Economy Partners HUF 8.1 million for misleading consumers.
Hungarian Economy Partners failed to inform consumers in a clear manner that lending resources come from members’ payments and that chance is a big factor in the scheme.
GVH has fined several group purchase schemes in the past months for the same reason.
