Belgian-Romanian Airline Management Solutions recently won the bid to buy Romanian low cost airline Blue Air for €30 million, business site Romania-Insider reported. The winner is controlled by Belgian Maxi Tours and two Romanian shareholders, according to Casa de Insolvenţă Transilvania, the judiciary administrator of Blue Air. The winner will have to receive the approval of the company’s creditors before the business takeover. The deal includes the brand, know-how and sales platform, but not Blue Air’s assets.
