About 90% of the 5,300 sqm of retail space in the three-story center has been rented, Vincze said. Tenants include Hennes+Mauritz, Müller, Deichmann, Yves Rocher and Samsonite, she added.
Retail space in the centre goes for a monthly €20-100 per square meter, she said.
The 6,500 sqm centre is part of a HUF 9 billion, 31,000sqm development completed by the ABLON group. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel opened in the structure in the spring of 2010.
