The protest, organized by six Hungarian unions, will take place at the same time as an informal meeting of EU finance ministers in the capital and nearby Gödöllő.
The demonstration is a warning to decision-makers, governments and employers that “it can go no further this way”, said Péter Pataky, head of union alliance MSzOSz.
