Zsuzsa Beke said the reports are baseless, adding that Richter currently has no acquisitions on its agenda.
As reported earlier, Israeli daily Zedioth Ahronoth on Monday said Taro had asked Merril Lynch to find a buyer for it, and that Richter was a more likely of two potential Hungarian buyers.
