Two Pratt & Whitney generators with a combined capacity of 45 megawatts were turned on today, state-run Unified said in an e-mailed statement today. Another eight generators will give Moscow 225 megawatts of new capacity and help avoid blackouts during peak consumption, OAO Unified Energy said.
