The company won a HUF 56 million grant for the project, said managing director Károly Kovács. The investment will create 20 jobs from next year, he added.
IKG decided to build the plant after outgrowing its base in Szeged.
IKG makes aluminum parts for fire trucks and iron accessories for containers as well as outdoor furniture. Almost all of its output is exported to Germany.
The company has annual turnover of about €500,000.
