Hungary’s Competition Office on Friday said it cleared the acquisition of dairy company Mlekarna Hlinsko by Agrofert.
GVH reviewed the acquisition because the companies, both based in the Czech Republic, share markets for several dairy products in Hungary. The office found the companies’ combined market share would not be significant after the merger.
