Hungarian energy saving company E-Star Alternatív said late Thursday it was informed that Utilico Emerging Markets Limited, a closed-end investment fund, raised its stake in E-Star over the 5% disclosure threshold.
Utilico acquired 15,000 E-Star shares, bringing its stake in the company to 5.42%.
Utilico is registered in Bermuda.
