Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány met with Chairman-CEO of fuel and gas group MOL, Zsolt Hernádi, and senior executives of the company in Parliament on Saturday to discuss Hungary’s biomass fuel future and gas prices, daily Népszava reported. Gyurcsány and Hernádi agreed that Hungary’s agriculture could have a great future in producing fuel crops. Gyurcsány said if the right technology was built to supplement structural changes in the agriculture, Hungary could bid to become one of Europe’s largest biomass fuel suppliers.
